Pigeon River Inn

Really reasonable rates and it seemed the customers were in the middle/upper age bracket which was nice as it was a nice quiet (no screaming children or boisterous teens in the hallways) low key place. You also couldn't hear the traffic from the main rd in the rooms unless it was a very loud motorcycle and such. Very clean and customer service was good. Pool was nice and clean and was wonderful to dip our feet in after a full day of walking. The riverside view is wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the river. Parking is ample and easy in / out. My only drawbacks on this hotel is that the mattresses are very hard and it feels like the old style with metal springs and in fact, squeak like metal springs when you just turn over in the bed. They really need to invest in better memory foam mattresses as no good nights sleep can ruin the next day for many. They didn't provide black tea or much fruit at the breakfast or (tea in the room). The breakfast was very basic, but the biscuits, eggs, gravy, and sausage were actually quite tasty. I'd come back if they upgraded the mattresses otherwise, my back can't handle the mattresses here.

This is our 3rd time staying here and it NEVER disappoints I can’t say enough about the friendliness, hospitality and how clean it is. The breakfast is amazing and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

It’s outdated but clean. The shower in my room needed to be replaced from being so worn out. The toilet didn’t flush the best. The lady cleaning rooms, we tried to trade towels because we told her we didn’t want our room cleaned and she didn’t want to trade our towels out even though she was literally 2 door down from our room. We did get to get clean towels though after she called the front desk to ask if it was ok. I guess she was just following procedure. Breakfast was not bad. Eggs sausage biscuits gravy waffles cereal muffins and bagels. Parking is a little difficult when the rooms are full. There was only 4 or 5 spots left when we got back to our room for the evening and 2 of those were partially taken by people parking crooked enough so someone wouldn’t be able to park. Over all I would stay here again mainly because it’s clean. I can handle most anything as long as it’s clean.

I spent 4 nights, super clean and quiet, delicious breakfast and hot coffee 24 hours.. no smoking allowed it's a plus.we'll be back

Affordable, clean, close to everything. Felt safe, parking lot well lit, front desk staff very friendly. Rooms clean and A/C worked great.

This was our first time in pigeon Forge for the Smoky MountainJeep invasion…. And this hotel was incredible. The people are so helpful. It’s very clean. The food is awesome. Customer service is impeccable. It’s perfect for getting around. It’s right on the strip. I love it. We’re already ready for next year. Thank you to all the Patel’s for a wonderful wonderful vacation. I loved seeing all of the jeepers In the hotel It’s just a beautiful setting I love it thank you. We’ll see you soon.

Great place for great price. Very good location, management very friendly and responsive. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very quiet.

This is our 3rd year staying here. We absolutely love it. Service is great. Breakfast is always warm and very good. We love sitting out on the balcony overlooking the water.
